Terms of Service
Wild Open · O'Reilly Systems Corporation · Draft of 9 October 2026
DRAFT — not yet in effect. Pending review by O'Reilly Systems Corporation and counsel.
1. Who we are
Wild Open (wildopen.com, mcp.wildopen.com, our browser extensions and our apps for AI assistants such as ChatGPT and Claude — together, the “Service”) is operated by O'Reilly Systems Corporation, a Massachusetts corporation (“we”, “us”). Contact: info@oreillysystems.com.
2. Using the Service
You may use the Service for personal, lawful purposes. Don't misuse it: no attempts to break, overload, scrape at scale, reverse-engineer limits, or use it to harm others. We may apply rate limits and suspend access that abuses the Service. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) and, to buy a subscription, an adult able to form a binding contract.
3. Accounts
You sign in with an email link. Keep access to your email secure; you're responsible for activity on your account. When you connect Wild Open to an AI assistant, you authorize that assistant to use your account's features on your behalf; you can revoke it anytime by disconnecting the app or contacting us.
4. Wild Open Plus subscriptions
- Price and billing. Plus costs US$4.99 per month or US$39.99 per year, plus applicable taxes, charged in advance through our payment processor, Stripe. Prices shown at checkout govern.
- Automatic renewal. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period at the then-current price until you cancel. We'll tell you in advance (by email) before any price change takes effect, and you can cancel before it applies. For annual plans we'll send a reminder before renewal.
- Cancelling. Cancel anytime online via your account (“Manage billing”). Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep Plus until the end of the period already paid.
- Refunds. See our Refund policy.
- Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, Plus may be paused until payment succeeds.
- Changes to Plus. We may add, change or remove Plus features. If we materially reduce Plus, you may cancel and request a prorated refund of the unused period.
5. AI-hosted games and content
Games such as Campfire Stories are run with the help of AI assistants you choose; their responses are generated by those third-party services and governed by their terms. Game content is for entertainment. Don't rely on it for safety, medical, navigation or other real-world decisions.
6. Free tools
Free tools (QR codes, password generator, converters, diff) are provided as-is; check important results yourself.
7. Intellectual property
We own the Service, its games, puzzles and branding. We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use them while you follow these terms. You keep ownership of what you put in; you give us the limited permission needed to process it to provide the Service.
8. Privacy
See our Privacy policy.
9. Disclaimers
To the extent allowed by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't promise the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, we won't be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US$50. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer under mandatory law.
11. Ending use
You can stop using the Service anytime. We may suspend or end accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms; if we end a paid subscription without cause, we'll refund the unused portion.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Massachusetts, except that either party may bring an eligible claim in small-claims court, and consumers keep any right to sue in their home courts that mandatory law gives them.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. For material changes we'll give notice (e.g. on this page and by email to subscribers) before they apply; continuing to use the Service after that means you accept them.
